Got great experience for my first orders and placed an ordered again 2 weeks ago for kid. Received on May 21st in bubble wrapped instead of the sealed black box. The item has scuff marks & chips around bezel of the phone and camera lens area. It also comes with a sticker saying grade B with battery of 97%.
Have contacted support and send in the pictures. Still waiting reply.
Requested to have the correct item ship out but support saying not able to do this time instead offering Partial refund or return label. I have picked the return label option. Also placed a new order, hope will get a right item as in the description this time.
Still pending refund on the first order. Received the 2nd order on Monday, 100% battery with only 4 counts of charge and just finger prints. Looks I am on the right track, did a full charge and noticed phone got little hot, ignored it, thought it is just due to the hot weather.
Did transfer from old phone to new phone, the phone reboot like it should be. But never turned on, no Apple logo, nothing except getting hot.
Connect the phone to the iTune and Apple Device app. Automatic shown in DFU mode returning error code 4047 and 4013 after multiple attempt of unsuccessfully restores.
Just submitted refund request with support. Will hold off on the open box for now.
