I bought this for my son and it will not charge. I tried everything. I am very disappointed. There is no way that it was inspected as much as the item description stated. Are others having the same experience?
My experience was similar but not as bad as yours. I ordered an Apple Watch that was advertised Grade A condition with minimum 85 percent battery health. The overall condition was fine but the battery was only at 77 and would not last even 8 hours on a charge.
Your situation is obviously far worse as it won’t even charge. Contact CS and they will most likely offer a refund as they hardly ever have extra inventory for an exchange. I sympathize with the gift being a disappointment as that was my situation with the watch.
Really hope woot steps up monitoring of the vendors to prevent these kinds of situations in the future.
