Is this eligible for apple care?
Likely not since it comes with a Woot warranty but that’s up to Apple.

I can only share that my colleague bought one of these last year when he saw them on woot for the first time, and he was able to talk to apple customer service to get full apple 1 year warranty after showing them the woot screen shot. on a separate note, I bought the French Canadian M2 Max from woot which was listed at 90 day woot warranty and was able to get a 1 year apple warranty after talking. can’t commit on apple care though. I don’t use my machines rough.
