Just got one of these and it looked brand new. The battery only had 3 cycles on it.
I just wish these came with a warranty that’s longer than 3 months. The one I bought in June of 2024 just died and without a 1 year warranty I’m out $1425.

OK, so I bought an Asurion plan for this on Amazon, but when I go on the Asurion website it asks for an Amazon order number for the product. Did I do something wrong?
No, looks like they’ve updated their claims page and forgot about us. See if you can enter a woot order number. In the meantime, I’ll get with our team.
When I try to start a new claim, I can’t select Laptop from the list of available products. Did I buy the wrong warranty? Amazon says: ASURION 3 Year Portable Electronic Accident Protection Plan ($1500 - $1999.99)
It seems like a good deal for $150 but not much value if the claim process doesn’t work.
I think you did at the time you bought it. They now have a laptop and desktop category.
I’ve sent an email to our team about the issues with Woot on their updated site. Haven’t heard back though. You may need to call or email Asurion. It’s gonna take a while for us to get in touch with them (going by past experience).
