The lowest I’ve seen the 2nd Gen Apple Pencil this season has been $79, new, unopened. But that was atypical.
Other than that shortened 90-day Woot warranty vs the Apple 1-year, $70.99 seems like a fair deal, assuming you fully test it out immediately upon getting it.
But be sure to check your iPad model since there are two generations of Apple Pencil and corresponding compatibility with specific iPad models.
