Apple Watch Braided Solo Loop - Red, Orange, Yellow Hues

Is there any difference in the shades of red amongst the four offerings for the Product Red braided solo loops? I previously bought the one just labeled “Product Red” here (and like it), but would buy another if there is a slightly darker shade.

No difference. We have inventory in different SKUs and our stupid system doesn’t let us combine the inventory so we have to do stupid stuff like this.

Thank you for the quick response, @ThunderThighs!

For anyone on the fence: I bought 5 of these in November, and they were just as described: BNIB, OEM Apple Watch bands. I bought 12 more today, because the price is simply unbeatable. Get ‘em while you can…you won’t regret it.

There are 3 different tones of Product(Red);
gen 1 launched fall of 2020 and is the darkest;
gen 2 launched fall of 2021 and is lighter;
gen 3 launched fall of 2022 and is the lightest (pushing towards a pinkish tone of red).

So if they are all the same then which one is it because there were in fact 3 different hues of red. I want to order gen 1 the dark one but would be very disappointed if the gen 3 version got shipped to me.

I don’t know if it still matters, but I bought the “(PRODUCT)RED” Size 6 for the 44mm/45mm/46mm/49mm watches. It was delivered today. I would describe it as a very bright red - nearly orange or pink (or salmon). The part number of the one I received was MPCD3FE/A. I would say that the picture on the main page was not a good representation - it appears much darker in the picture than in real life. i would guess it might have been a “3rd Gen” based on the pictures posted here.

It’s a fun color, I like it, and I’m planning to keep it. But, again, I would say the picture of the “(PRODUCT)RED - 1 & 2” was not an accurate representation of what I received. Buyer beware!

This is all maddening. I had previously bought “[Color: (PRODUCT)RED] Size: 5 Model:
38mm, 40mm, 41mm, and 42mm” and it’s been identified as pink by everyone who has seen it. It’s fine, but I feel massively misled. If there’s a way to link the part numbers (generations) to the color names as they appear on Woot, I’d buy some more of these, but I’m not rolling those dice again.

I’ve had a similar experience as you guys. I ordered Product Red 1 and it was not as pictured. It was lighter and pinkish in color. I would have loved it if it were darker. Woot was responsive and understanding to let me return it.
