To be clear, after reading fine print, this only has 30 day warranty since its open box, even though listing page says 90 days? AND, not only that, according to the posted Asurion FAQ, Open Box doesn’t qualify for Asurion extended warranty, even though listing page says it does…

When can I buy a protection plan from Asurion?
You must buy an Asurion protection plan within 30 days of your product purchase on woot.com. Scratch & Dent and Open Box Clearance products are not eligible for Asurion protection plan. These items are still eligible for the 90-day Woot limited warranty (30 days for Open Box items).
So, what’s my point? : Am I missing something?
