Despite the “Grade A” status, I received mine filled with scratches on the body and screen (mine was stainless steel with sapphire glass). Proceed with caution

Thanks for the heads up. Can you easily return them to woot if it has issues?

Similar experience here. Large area of the case missing the color, scratches on the glass. I’d say more grade C, not worth it IMO.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

I’ve purchased a few of these in the last few years. First one I got had one tiny scratch and it wasn’t even listed as Grade A. Still working years later and my husband abuses it. Second one I got looked fine but had significant software issues that couldn’t be fixed with a factory reset. I contacted Woot and they accepted a return with no issue. I’m now wearing the third one. Again very minimal wear and works fantastic. I always put on a screen protector anyway so no issues with a few minor scratches.

Overall great customer service from Woot on these
