I ordered one of these watches for my mom and it was estimated to be delivered on June 18. On my order page it’s showing it hasn’t even been shipped out yet. I’ve already emailed customer service twice without any response. Any suggestions…

We’re waiting on Amazon to ship it. At this time, there are no errors so it seems they plan to ship it.
Buyers beware. I’ve ordered one of these and received a battery at 77% for the first one. Woot then sent me one that was supposed to be good. Battery came in at 82%. So much for a grade “A” with battery above 85%. Just be aware when you’re buying these that they’re not actually refurbishing them.
