Blood O2 was deactivated on the refurbished watch I purchased the last time these were sold.
Same. The watch itself was in flawless condition with 93% battery.
I received my watch and it says battery health as 81%. They promise minimum 85% battery health. What are my options (other than return and wait for three weeks to get my money back)?
Reach out to customer service. They’ll have some options for you.
I received my watch Tuesday and immediately put in a ticket with Customer Service. I’ve not yet heard back.
I’m pretty disappointed with what I received. Note <85% battery and a decent scratch along the top. I’ve always been thrilled with Woot’s refurb offerings, but this one’s a big miss.
This is not a grade A refurbishment by any standard.
The replacement is cosmetically
but battery is at 78% max capacity. The refurbisher did Woot and its customers dirty. Waiting to hear back from customer service. Such a frustrating and disappointing experience.
I just wanted to follow up and say that Woot made this situation right by way of a partial refund.
