Last year’s Series 7 Apple Watch features are identical to the latest Series 8, except the 8 has crash detection (also on iPhone 14) and women’s cycle tracking.
Won’t comment on the 41mm size Series 7 Woot price since that size seems to be largely sold out new, at various retailers.
Series 7 GPS+Cellular, 45mm…
$260, used scratch & dent, with 90-day Woot warranty here, in several colors.
$299, [Edit: price dropped to $279] new, with 1-year Apple Warranty at Walmart, in Midnight and Red. Walmart must have bought a truckload of these.

The price step for the cellular feature here on Woot is only +$10.
Note: if you can get the version with Cellular for a small price step, do it. You can completely ignore the cellular function and do not have to activate it… and your watch will function just like the non-cellular version. However, you can activate the cellular function for situations where you don’t want to take your phone with you like running, hiking, climbing and your watch will do everything it could do when your phone was within 30-40 feet of it, even making and receiving phone calls on it. And it does an admirable job for phone calls.
