I purchased a refurbished Series 8 Apple Watch under Woot’s explicit policy guaranteeing a minimum 85% battery health. The first watch was exactly 85%. The replacement came in at a defective 79%—a direct quality control failure. Frontline customer service says they can’t verify inventory, but sending out devices that violate Woot’s own posted standards is costing both of us time and shipping fees. Can a supervisor please intervene to ensure my next replacement is manually verified above the 90% threshold?
