Has anyone purchased one of these and can post about its condition and battery?
Am wondering the same thing.
I purchased a refurbished Ultra about 3 months ago and it has been great. The battery is still at 100 percent capacity and not a scratch on it. Highly recommend. Although I did not buy it through Woot, I would feel even more confident buying from them. This is a really good price too, less than I paid.
Just got mine, big gouge on front glass. Battery Health says 100%. I bought. It based on a review here, but the scratch on the front glass is not acceptable. Update below - short story: Customer Service responded and issued RMA.
That stinks, but the big orange box did say moderate wear that could include scratches. Not sure where the dividing line between scratches and gouges is but anytime woot says moderate wear I assume the worst. Luckily woot is pretty good with returns.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
OK, I submitted a request since it has a lithium battery in it…. My previous experience with returns was not great - but that was years ago… thank you for the help and advice! Hopefully that scratch was just missed and not the norm.

Customer Service responded pretty quickly and issued an RMA / shipping label for the return, pleasantly surprised how this developed. thank you very much moderator @ThunderThighs
