Applying multiple coupons?

How do I use multiple coupons when making my order?

Just add them one at a time in the box on the final pay screen (hit “apply” and then you can add another one), before hitting “place order”

I have a coupon-related question as well.

What happens if an order that used a coupon has multiple different items? I…uh…bought the wrong battery size and want to make a return, but I’m concerned that it’s going to do the same proration thing that Amazon does, which would eat up over half of the refund, according to my math, even though the other stuff in the order exceeds the coupon value. The return screen doesn’t show the expected return value like Amazon does, unfortunately.

Our system isn’t that fancy. Generally if there’s still items on the order, the coupon savings isn’t changed. YMMV

Okay, I’ll give it a shot. But if it prorates, I’m only going to get $11 back for a $23 set of batteries, and that’s scary. I didn’t even buy them intentionally; just forgot to remove them for that order, but then I couldn’t cancel/fix the order because it was an event coupon that ran out quickly.

They’re posted in some sales (none at the moment) and various other methods from marketing campaigns.

I have tried to do that (as I have 3-$5.00 coupons), but it doesn’t seem to work for me?. It’s for different items but it’s the same code #. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support but they haven’t gotten back to me. I’m frustrated and I wish they had an actual phone number to call.

Some coupons don’t stack.

You can apply one. Are you getting an error?

Many of our coupons are assigned to user accounts. You can’t use many of the coupons that you find on the internet.

If they are all the same “code word” you might need to reach out to customer service and see if they can change up the duplicates.
Make sure you give them all the specific details, date you got the coupon, order numbers, etc.
As TT said, if you found the code online somewhere, or if it is for a different account, it won’t work, since most are account specific.
