Has anyone used one of these before? I really do not need another kitchen item, but this seems to be amazing for making almond milk and the like.
Yeah, like we need more appliances!
Making almond milk was one thing we did in a vegetarian cooking class.
Of course you can soak the almonds overnight (which is avoided with this woot) but we did not, making excellent almond milk during one 3 hour class.
Just used a blender and a reusable bag like this one (or make one from cheesecloth):
