Ice packs. Many ice packs. Ok, at 1 cu one or two ice packs, but still enough to get you until it’s time for the next trip to the bathroom.
Depends on the size of the head. 1 cu might be tight. Might want to send them to a headshrinker first.
Not the zombie ones. I have my mom’s Tupperware popsicle makers from the '70s. I do have different types of ice cube trays.
