When is the next time these go on sale
Hello. Depends of if/when we can get more inventory.
Woot scammed me on this. Item was listed as new but they sent me the box that match these boot but the actual boot was some off brand boots from amazon as i looked up. Even worse support told me that they’ll send me the actual boot and told me to either donate or dispose the fake product that was delivered and a week later got back to me asking me to return the fake product or i can keep it and accept 25$
I’ve been buying things off woot for over a year i guess this is where it ends. Extremely frustrated with support and their scamming tactics. Clearly even though the item was labeled as new it was an amazon return where someone scammed amazon return. Then woot sent it to me without even inspecting the item. When i initially told my family about what happened and mentioned that woot support told me that i can either dispose it or donate it i was stupid to praise woot support to my family and colleagues. Will never recommend buying anything from this platform now on. People notify the person working on this support case to send me the return package pick ip. Goof thing my fiancé didn’t donate it i have it as it was delivered ready to return.
To be fair, it was sent directly from an Amazon warehouse, not from Woot.
That being said, I have passed this on. Sorry for the frustration.

Sorry about the different responses. I’ve sent a note to CS. It does sound like Amazon restocked a return without inspecting it. We don’t have eyes on inventory in Amazon warehouses.
Still it doesn’t make sense to ask me to return a fake product that i never ordered after asking me to donate or discard a week ago. Now i have to package and go to UPS to return consuming time for something i never ordered Also if this was sent from amazon, i still see amazon selling the same exact product with same exact size i ordered. So it’s not true that no stock available to send a replacement. When i bought it, listing didn’t say it’s open box or amazon item. Which Ive seen these kind of labeling before.. It seems like it really was a scamming attempt and terrible customer support.
Woot doesn’t have access to all of Amazon’s inventory.
