Most basic functionality will be similar. Keyboard shortcuts are pretty much identical, the included linux distro has a really simple, straightforward interface. If you understand that it is basically a simple little internet surfing machine and not a full-fledged laptop, there is no reason you should have to do anything technically challenging.
