So.. I purchased, unpacked, and let this matress sit / air out for 24 hours. It’s still extremely squishy and i would describe the level of support to be on par with an air mattress. Is this a defect or is it supposed to be this way?

The company describes it as medium/firm but a few customers described it as medium.
They do say to give it 72 hours to fully expand.
Thank you for the reply. I gave it another 72 hrs to fillout just to be safe. Sadly it’s still extremely squishy.. so much so that if i press down with something like a knee or elbow, it reaches all the way down to the bottom side of the matress. I’m worried that my product had some kind of defect that prevented it from expanding properly. But I’m also wondering how it’s possible for me to return. Now that it is expanded, I won’t be able to fit it back into the small box..

To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
