These a german steel and great knives. I have the knives with knife roll from babish and they are my daily driver. Well worth every penny of 7$.
I’ve been replacing my ceramic blade knives after several years of use due to being surprised with blades snapping in two here & there. (Let’s be honest - how many times do you need to suddenly find yourself holding a knife handle without the blade & hoping it missed you as it snapped & flew away?)
Loved my ceramic blades until they began to conspire against me.
Happy to get this highly rated, yet inexpensive, steel knife as part of my ongoing replacement mission.
How fast did these sell out, or are they just not for sale yet?
