I thought the same thing when i first saw the deal, but most barbers I’ve spoken to swear by this brand (and its $70 cheaper than amazon)
it’s probably aimed more at professional hair stylists than some guy at home doing an occasional trim. they mention “client after client”. babyliss clippers tend to be more expensive than wahl’s but their reviews are all generally very good. i’ve been tempted to buy one of their cheaper devices (still over $100) but my corded wahl is still good enough for me.
Having bought a corded/rechargeable set of BaByliss clippers on a previous deal, I promise these are better than the Wahl “off the shelf” clippers from Walmart or Meijer or Target. That said, I use them every 2 weeks to keep my hair cut down. A barber would’ve cost me $480 a year, so these would pay for themselves after 6 months of me using them.
