How would this compare to ceramic straightening irons?
Amazon has the Same Product Different Colour (less cool colour in my opinion)
89.90 on amazon with more than 150 5 star reviews
babyliss is an excellent brand. I’ve used many, many different brands of hair styling tools, and babyliss is among the best. Looks like it is around $90 on Amazon. But it is through a third party seller, so that might not be an accurate price.
I have one of these in a different color and I love it. It is superior to any other straightener I have owned, including my CHI.
I don’t have experience with this particular item - but the specs look good!
If your flat iron is dragging through your hair, you’re splitting it! Apply serum, comb through, dry and start again.
If you’re like me and have crazy thick hair, section it off with clips and start from the bottom up. It goes so much faster.
Avoid using heat on wet hair, even the damp2dry products are more damaging than starting with dry hair.
Now I want this to replace my cheapy one.
Just what my home needs! I can use this on my curtains, right?
Hair-straightening is almost synonymous with Home.Woot.
I am sooo tempted to get this… I have naturally curly ( ringlet curls and looooong, thick…really thick hair ), and while I love the curly, sometimes I want to go straight…decisions…decisions…
I’m curious about this too especially since I already have the Chi flat iron.
I paid $90 for a CHI a few months ago I have been less than thrilled with. It does the job, but I’m not as ‘wow’-ed as I thought I should be. This was the other product I had in mind then. If I had an extra $50 right now, I would be all over this, but I don’t, so I will just say I hope that we get more products like this over here on home.woot.
I definitely read “Strengthening Iron” at first glance and was wondering why there was a cord attached…
Edit: scratch that, still looking at product website info.
Edit: here it is, not a ton of info
The thing must operate using the force - gorgeous straight, smooth, shiny hair in less than 10 minutes. This company’s products are AMAZING and they’ve earned the right to charge higher prices… so what are they doing hanging around with woot? Not complaining; just curious!
It doesnt compare to ceramic iron…IT IS WAYYYYYYYYYYYY BETTER!!! This iron for this price is unfreakinbelievable!! I just bought mine or I would be all over this. Better then CHI and Paul Mitchell irons. I am a stylist and if you want my opinion GRAB THIS FAST!!! (This is even cheaper then I get it at my wholesale store for licensed cosmetologists)
I so very much want this but am also very broke. Maybe if I return most of my unwanted Christmas presents…
I spent over 200 bucks on a ghd. Do people think this is better? The ghd is rock solid in getting my almost waist long curly hair straight.

Honestly you will not be dissapointed! I think I am stating to sound like I work for Babyliss lol BUT I have had all my clients and friends turned on to this iron because of how fast it straightens and how shiny it leaves your hair. DOES NOT PULL OR SNAG and overall one of the best investments you can make for your hair… Along with AQUAGE serum which is water based and is great to straighten with. (Like Bio Silk and that but with no alcohol content) ANY MORE QUESTIONS I WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU OUT!
I’m in for one.
