All of a sudden (maybe starting last week or so), I’m not able to buy anything on Woot and it tells me it’s because I’m a teen. I have an adult account (since I am an adult), so I don’t know why all of a sudden, after being able to purchase many things on my account, this is happening to me now.
It’s like the opposite of BIG or 13 Going on 30.
Has anyone else have this happen to them?

That’s odd. Have you tried an incognito/private browser window? The Woot App?
Do you have any age checking add-ons on your browser by chance?
Could you send me a private message with the screen shot showing the message?

Thank you SO MUCH for responding! I’ll send you the screen shots when I get home from work! Also, a screenshot from the woot app that also won’t let me buy anything… and all the WTF links are showing up as 403 Forbidden

I’m having the same issue. My Amazon account used to be a teen account back in the day when I piggybacked off of my dad’s prime, and this is what it would say. Now it’s not connected to any household, it’s a full adult account, I pay for my own Prime, and it’s giving me the teen error again. I’ve bought a bunch of things off of woot between now and when it was a teen account without any issues, it’s odd that it’s doing it now. Any updates?
Exact same issue. Made purchases a few months ago without issues. No other household set up in my account and I’m definitely not a teen (though I wish I was!). Same error and I contacted amazon which was ZERO help and woot as well. No one has actually given me any resolution besides asking me to try incognito or different browsers (none worked). Guess no more woot shopping for me
I have a teen on my Amazon Prime account and it won’t allow them to order anything off the app … kind of discouraged about this
