I wonder what the care regiment for this would be like? I know bamboo cutting boards (and really any wooden utensil) requires some regular greasing every year, but those are flat surfaces; this has… nooks and crannies.

Friend’s great grandmother informed us:

  1. Wash with soapy, warm water.

  2. Rinse well.

  3. Air dry.

(If you line the bottom with parchment paper–just enough to place the uncooked food on–it is easier to keep clean.:blush:)
