I wonder what the care regiment for this would be like? I know bamboo cutting boards (and really any wooden utensil) requires some regular greasing every year, but those are flat surfaces; this has… nooks and crannies.

Friend’s great grandmother informed us:
-
Wash with soapy, warm water.
-
Rinse well.
-
Air dry.
(If you line the bottom with parchment paper–just enough to place the uncooked food on–it is easier to keep clean.)
