“Factory Reconditioned” can mean factory/manufacturer OR certified third party. On Woot, it may be Amazon Renewed Premium. Should be nearly as good as new.
Factory Reconditioned – A “factory reconditioned” item was returned, inspected, and restored to fully working condition by the original manufacturer or a certified partner. Each product comes backed by a manufacturer warranty OR our very own Woot! Warranty. It’s as close to new as you can get without technically being “new” but may show very slight signs of a previous life.
Amazon Renewed Premium – An “Amazon Renewed Premium” item is equal to Factory Refurbished, It’s backed by a 1 year warranty by Amazon or the manufacturer, OR our very own Woot! Warranty.
If it has visible defects, functional issues, missing accessories, I’d open a ticket with CS.
