Thats right! I am so pissed! I ordered 2 lots and thats a total of 8 pillows only to be in total dismay when i opened a generic substandard pillows. I opened 4 to really check and yes, it is awful pillow. Now i dont know how ti repack them since they were vacuumed-sealed. What a nightmare. Paid $100 on these.
Yeah I was so mad to! I thought I got a great deal with hotel pillows Literally 1st time woot has done me wrong.
Guys have anyone ordered this Beckham Hotel 4-Pack Luxury White Pillows 2 weeks ago and been sent different pillows in king? I received generic substandard pillows 2 days ago and felt cheated! Woot sent me cheap polyester pillows entirely not the ones I ordered.

Me too. These aren’t the right brand, they aren’t the right size (I ordered Queen and got King) and they aren’t the right type. These are gel pillows not down. How did this happen.
How? Dunno, wasn’t there. Vendor said it happened to just a few orders. Reach out to customer service and they’ll help you out. Unfortunately, they are out of stock now.
Yep. Me too. I’m going to return. I really dislike gel pillows, and I ordered down hotel pillows. Got the same garbage you got. In King instead of Queen too!
CS isn’t responding. I have two problem orders. A $400+ dead Garmin watch that I return and they received but still no refund and these wrong pillows that they aren’t even answering about!
It’s 5-7 business days from when they start processing the return, which isn’t necessarily the day that it’s delivered.

There are no replacements. Once the third party sold out they did a bait and switch and sent out gel pillows.
Make sure you’re allowing 24-48h for them to respond. Customer service is a bit backed up after Prime Day last week.
We received it on 7/11. As noted in the email, please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed. This is the 4th business day.
Took them NINE days to finally refund me and then they gave me a lecture on being patient when meanwhile, THEY were late vs. their own rules AND I’ve been getting charged interest on these purchases.
