Pay attention to the 1* amazon reviews… I got mine today and will wait to see if it changes, but after several hours it hasnt “inflated” or decompressed any further. Deep creases and hard spots make it unusable in it’s current condition. Will update after 48 hours and if it hasnt changed, I will be returning it. Just wanted to let anyone who’s thinking about getting one know what’s up!

Oh man. Internet suggests a warm place and to massage it a bit. If no luck, make sure you reach out to Woot! Customer Service. Include a link to those photos for faster service.
