This is comparable in price. I kind of like this one better because you could put the opening at the top if you had your own pillow that you liked instead.

Yea I’m a big guy and even when you aren’t trust me they’re comfortable as hell. After a few nights it can support your back up too much and kind of and throw off your back
Also if you side sleep they’re good.
Tho I’d love to get a medcline. I’ve looked into these kinds of pillows a bit 
long time ago tho
Also pillow between the legs is great for anyone’s with lower back issues but yes that is how they’re marketed.

They are usually labeled maternity pillow and the letter they look like if that helps!
I do recommend you get a different cover for most of them. They are typically that velveteen material so they can get hot.
