That pork chorizo seems to have an unusually high amount of duck (and duck “trim”).

Might have been a best by date. Obscured since it wouldn’t be accurate and everyone here would have posted about it. Just my guess.
My guess is because the label says DUCK Chorizo Sausage, and the ones being sold are pork.

And yet, the description of the Duck Chorizo still says Pork chorizo in the description. Contains Pork…yeah, naa.

It notes standard shipping from CT; Bella website says shipped frozen. If I order this in Arizona I’m afraid it will arrive rotten? Or is standard shipping actually overnight?
