Anyone else get something else that was NOT this? We got a foot spa bath, but definitely not what was advertised. We got one that is MUCH cheaper. It doesn’t heat the water or do any of the functions advertised. Definitely would not have bought had I known I was going to get what I got.

I did not get what is advertised and I am highly upset.It does look cheaper too. Its white , not black and no settings only a knob to turn. Do we get our money back if we choose not to keep this item???

Hi all. Sorry for the issue with getting the wrong foot spa. Looks like it was a set up error on our end. I’ve alerted the product team and CS. Give us a bit to figure it out.

I was issued a refund and told to keep the unit. I am assuming the same will happen for everyone else. Nice to get something for free, but still very disappointed not to get what we wanted.
