I keep wanting to buy clothing from Woot (shirts, shoes, suits, etc.), and I keep having to ultimately refuse because very few things fit me quite right, and Woot’s return policy is exchange only, even on clothing. Even Amazon (who now owns Woot) has free shipping on returns for most clothing. Is there any plan to have a better return policy for clothing in the future on Woot?
Usually I am an XL but can’t figure out sizing it goes from S to XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL
Zulily has most of them for 59.99
Add the cost of tailoring ~$10. If it is still a decent deal go for it. A tailored shirt will fit/look better than any you try on off the rack.
when the shirts are significantly smaller than the sizes the list in their sizing guide, spending $10 to get it tailored is a non starter.
I’ve been a long time woot customer but with the most recent experience I’m having with shirts I purchased, I’m out woot. suck it.
I had the same experience. As much as I need a few more dress shirts, WOOT will not get my business for these products.
Shirts without breast pockets are carp. They should be sold for nothing more than rags.
It’s a sign of how much woot has changed that shirts that cost more than $20 can sell here.

I hear you. The last couple of golf shirts I purchased were mediums, but they fit me like a tarp. I ended up giving them away.
I do like some of these shirts, but there is just too much risk involved.

That seems pretty normal. S. M. L. XL (or 1X). 2X (or XXL). 3X (or XXXL).
