Salsa is the healthiest if you substitute celery for the chips. But that’s not going to happen the chips are delicious! Who’s dieting when there’s nachos and cheese dip around? Me! I’m trying to stay ahead of the tiger!

Definitely a toss up between Salsa and Nacho cheese.

I love a really spicy salsa… but what I came here to talk about is these recently discovered tortilla strips that are the bomb, tasty and sturdy enough for my melted cheese/refried bean/hot salsa dip:
(Usually a “scoops” fan but these are excellent!)

I’ll add my vote to the 7-Layer Dip. The best I’ve tasted actually has 8 ingredients (refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, lettuce, Mexican cheese, sliced black olives, and tomatoes) and are all arranged in alternating 1” to 2” strips in a shallow tray or casserole dish. One careful scoop can get all 8 ingredients in one (large) bite.

And why was guacamole excluded? For buffalo dip? Please.
I will gladly join the din of questioning why guacamole was excluded. I would choose guacamole over any of those choices every single time.
