Anyone else receive a seat that wasn’t the model they ordered?

I’ve seen several reports on the forums about the wrong model received for this listing.
If you haven’t already done, so please reach out to Woot! Customer Service.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

I purchased the seat and the installation is easy (if you have an outlet in your toilet). So far, it feels great
We have had a BB800 downstairs for almost 3 years. The wife asked for one upstairs, so I bought the BB1700. Works great. Downside is I hate leaving town.
