Is the battery on this bike UL Certified?
I could definitely see someone trying to tap their phone on this bike to rent it wherever I park it
I purchased this same model about a month ago (from another vendor.) After inspecting the detachable battery, I could find no badging that would indicate that it is UL certified.
How much is already put together?
The UL Certification search for ebike did not return BIRD.
I’ve been shopping for an e-bike and these regularly show up on Woot’s parent company website for $799 with a $200 coupon. It effectively makes the price $599. And right now they’re $698 with a $100 coupon, still making the price $599 if you click on the coupon button.
But at the parent company you have to add $100 shipping. It still makes the price $699, One Hundred Dollars LESS than here at woot.
