I bought this last time around. It works, but…it really is only a bare floor vacuum, not a vacuum you can use on any kind of carpet unless it’s thin like commercial carpeting.
The steamer part started leaking almost immediately - so it’s pretty useless. Got nowhere with Bissell customer service - you get what you pay for, I guess.
