This could be an interesting version.
I got the original brown butter just to see what it was and it was pretty good on pancakes (goes on much better than regular butter), but I definitely would not buy it again for the marginal difference. Flavor was good, but I didn’t really notice a huge difference from butter. Now, adding honey might have a more significant benefit, but I don’t know that I could justify this cost even with that, but to each their own.
