Pretty sure this refers to being able to buy them individually for about a buck for the last 4 - 5 years. I can still buy them locally for a buck, but see them other places for maybe 1.30 or so. Case of 12 under $11 here. Yes, Amazon has a 12-pack for a lot more, but they provide/include delivery. 
Also, specific flavors are harder to get, so that may make for higher price?
Thanks, didn’t realize they were ~ $1/bottle elsewhere. Presumed pricing similar to Costco for 17oz bottles.

(Before someone pounces in with the “but shipping!” argument, Target is a local, nationwide chain store, and with Target Red Card/Circle Card/Cartwheel (they keep changing the name), I get free shipping, free curbside pickup, 5% off on most purchases, etc. Comparable benefits to Amazon Prime plus Prime Visa.)
