Great Flash Light, I bought one last time. Bright beam, 2 modes, pretty heavy duty, & uniquely, uses “C” cells.
Great buy at this price.
I don’t like to buy things that take anything other than AA or AAA. Yeah, I know I could use those adapters for my eneloops - I just don’t want to.

Never received mine either. I sent 2 emails to support with supporting data, received NO replies. Only later did I notice on my account page that my order had been cancelled.

Based on this advice, I contacted support this morning and all was resolved within hours. Thanks.
