Hi, received my holster on Wednesday and tried it out this weekend. You would have to go out of your way to shot yourself while unholstering the weapon from this rig. The release button and pulling the trigger, whether on purpose or accidentally, are two separate and differt morions. I have no safety concerns with this holster, I would recommend it to any one. I’m satisfied with this system and again the price is better than half of what I could find anywhere on the internet.
