I got two of these from Woot recently. They were indistinguishable from new. Very happy with the quality. If you are already a Blink user, this is a really good deal in my opinion. I even use one of them outdoors (in a location that’s protected from wind and rain) and have been quite pleased with the operation.

There is still a problem with these cameras going on 2 years and no resolution. They are otherwise decent - and I have a bunch of blink XT cameras. The issue with the mini is they will not automatically come out of night mode each morning as the room lightens. Google it and you will see a lot of problems posted. I checked with Blink support and the “answer” was to disarm the camera and rearm it to reset it so it’s not stuck! Yes that does “fix” the issue and it can be set in the scheduler but you’ll have to change the disarm schedule as the days get longer and then shorter again. Essentially the cameras should be disarmed when daylight comes - and then arm it again a few minutes later and when it arms it will be in day mode. And then you should be good. But seriously - why not fix the product correctly by firmware update? Is it a hardware limiting problem? And if you don’t plan to use motion activation - then you will be fine most likely.

I recently bought the doorbell, two mini cams and the storage unit…all advertised as “refurbished” but the units all came in the OEM color printed boxes that were factory sealed.

All setup normally and were perfect in every way. In fact, of the refurbished and/or used items I’ve ordered from WOOT or Amazon, most (9 out of 10) electronic items were factory sealed and new in every way including the accessories.
