Awful. Bought this last time it was on Woot and neither of the cameras would sync with the unit. Customer service was no use and kept telling me to try things like rebooting the system, use the cameras with/without batteries, plugged in or not plugged in, switching from 5G to 2G, rebooting my modem and holding the cameras close to the wifi source (I had them about 2 feet away while rebooting both the sync unit, cameras and modem with the same results). Their whole attitude seems to be that you’re doing something wrong and just need to re-do the setup repeatedly until it works.

On a whim, I purchased a separate Blink mini camera from another vendor and that one connected right away. Unlikely as it seems I concluded that both cameras I got were defective but every time I contacted customer service I got a new person responding telling me to try the same things that I’d already told them in my emails I’d already tried (seriously they don’t bother to read your emails, they just reply to tell you to reboot the unit). This went on for the better part of a year, and in the meantime I’d had to travel several times and only had the one camera to rely on (the one that I bought separately). Finally, they simply stopped answering my emails altogether.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
