Sent different size item, for different iPAD model, and different color: green not black. Will keep with hope I eventually buy a different iPAD or gift to someone/donate. As experienced by too many others, not the first time wrong item sent. Kind of concerned why an unusual number of mistakes seem to be made. More than other vendors. Never happens with Amazon (or Walmart, Kohls, etc.) While Amazon is bigger, they also handle tens of thousands more items per hour in their warehouses. It is concerning. Isn’t there attention to Quality Assurance and Improvement? Goal should be to reduce errors to below 0.0002% literally (not kidding) and review each reported error to see if there are patterns. Our company does set up a file and treat any grievance as an incident from which to learn.

It should have been that one. Could be Amazon has mixed inventory at one warehouse. Please reach out to customer service so they know.
As to the errors, most of them are coming from the inventory we bring in from Amazon to sell (e.g. overstock, aged, etc.). We’re selling a bunch at once so if there’s an error at one or more warehouses, you see customers post about it here. With what we hope are good deals, customers order more so the errors seem to be more prevalent.

Yes, that is what was advertised. But the item sent was not for either stated model and is green (not the black advertised). You I hold in esteem because you pride yourself in your work. I don’t see that being consistent.
Once was shipped an item that needed to be sent back to the school as you may recall. Absolutely none of the latter should be an acceptable mistake in a professionally run website. I am sorry but really none.
