I did. It says it accepts a memory card but not where to install it. I found a video online for the install under the battery. Probably will not waste time with the memory card, the watch disconnects constantly and is not worth the effort to make everything function. Glad it was inexpensive.
Sync in what way? What do you want to do with it? Do you want notifications? Do you want to be able to read them? Do you want it to run apps?
There are many different levels of sync.

I recently purchased this and it is a piece of shit. It did boot up once and now doesn’t work at all. This is at least the second thing I’ve bought on Woot that didn’t work, probably will be my last.
Walmart has this for the same price and lists msrp at $22 or $23.
Best way to sell crap is to strike through an inflated msrp. Obviously that makes it a better deal.
