I have been using one of these for over two years now and I love it. I alternate using the body tower with free weights. I really think the most improvement in my strength and physique has come from the body tower and the great thing about it is that it doesn’t take up a ton of space. If you’re looking to build muscle mass or tone I highly recommend this. (One of my handle pull straps is breaking but they can be replaced for under $20/set).

That doesn’t make any sense. It’s a new unit, and cheaper than the mothership…so why not just order from Woot. I have order tons and tons of products from Woot and have never had an order that was missing parts.

I’ve ordered tons of ‘new’ from woot and had stuff with parts missing, damage etc. The best Woot will offer is some paltry refund equivalent value of the missing part. Or tell you to go talk to the manufacturer.
If you can get a product for 10-20% more at the mothership, the support in case of issue is more than worth the premium.

If you have an academy sports nearby, you can get a tower very similar to this (without the Bowflex name on it) for about half what this one costs.
I was literally looking at them yesterday afternoon and they have 2 different models for $89 and $99 depending on what features or size grips you prefer.
The one they have with the same straps as this one runs $199.
What’s the advantage/disadvantage over a TRX thingy? Seems like the exercises are similar. Or maybe I should just get a pull up bar…Why should I get this big hunk of metal?
agreed getting wooted is lame. stopped ordering from here unless its a really good woot
I ordered this item, then it got “lost in the mail”. This has happened several times with Woot deals. Normally I love this site but these types of transactions are becoming more common place.
