To get ahead of the critics, 43.2 cents/ounce, and when I went to their website, it was $45.95 with UPS ground shipping.
One review of the Georgia barbecue sauces says the Molasses flavor was especially popular:
Or to put it another way, it is $36 + shipping on their site. So this “deal” is free shipping, plus $1 off. But you don’t get to choose which products are in your assortment. Gourmet woot has been a big disappointment since it took over for wine woot.
I don’t know about how others feel, but $9 bucks off isn’t bad (or 1.5 bottles). I think some of the other deals have been more controversial than this one. This one actually doesn’t seem bad if one wants to try everything (but you could make that complaint about the samplers I guess offered in general). The cheese offerings, however, are an example of things they offered before turning into gourmet.woot, and nobody complained the last time they were sold as being a poor value.
