Just received this from Woot and tried it out. It makes esspresso as good as my $250 Breville makes. The steam wand is fixed in place and kinda short.

Doesn’t look as though this comes with a carafe. I tried to purchase just a replacement carafe when mine broke, and they are pretty expensive. at least $20.00 for those little guys.

I picked up a Breville Espresso maker from Woot a couple of weeks ago. It arrived with a cracked water tank. Tried to contact Breville through their e-mail address. They have not answered back. Tread carefully…

Call them straight up. I got my package from woot with out the cups and saucers. I called up Breville and they shipped them out same day. Good Luck
