Ordered these and only one fixture came in the package. The item is misrepresented as a 2 pack.
Same here. Ordered 3 of what I thought were 2 packs, but looks like it’s only 1 fixture per order.

It should’ve been a 2 pack. ![]()

I was confused when I only received one light on this item, as well. It clearly states twice in the ad that it’s a two pack, and also mentions that it takes two bulbs which are not included. My parents have placed my late uncles house for sale, and I ordered a two pack of lights, I thought, so I could replace one in the hallway of his house, and one in my kitchen. I guess kitchen will have to wait, since replacing the light in my late uncle’s house is much more important.
Make sure you contact customer service as noted above. Sorry about your uncle, but I hope the sale goes well.
I contacted customer service, but apparently the person didn’t actually read my message, because they asked me if I wanted to return the light, or have them ship me a replacement and they would give me a mailing label to return the damaged one. Obviously, neither of these had anything to do with my message. I just looked at the ad again and even the title shows that it’s a two pack and then later in the ad it says a two pack, so I don’t know what the confusion is. I have never had trouble with Woot’s customer service, so I’m a little confused as to what the issue is. I understand when companies get busy, but having been in customer service myself, I also understand how important it is to make sure you’re aware of the details, and not just rubber stamping solutions to get it over quickly. I don’t see how so many of us could be mistaken in thinking that we were getting a two pack of lights, when it clearly states that. Normally, I wouldn’t sweat it, but this was something I needed to get taken care of at my residence and at my uncle’s, and since stock is obviously limited, I’d like to know what’s going on before I have to try to track down a different light.
Hi there. Sorry about the CS response. I’ll send a note.
What happens is that random Amazon associates break apart multipacks thinking they’re supposed to ship separately. Out of the zillion of Amazon warehouses in the US, this might happen at just a couple so it doesn’t affect all orders.
