We bought this last month at this price. Impressed with the operation and design. No problems and have been using it daily.

Glad you’re happy with your purchase. A lot of similar reviews that can be seen from other Brim products. Basically a non-existent customer service. So, you have to hope the product is built well and will last. Which is an issue with many Brim products that are poorly and cheaply made.
