Waiting to hear back from customer service but these were smaller than every other pair of brooks I have owned. They also arrived without any of the “new” shoe packing (tissue in the shoes, wrapping around the shoes, laces were undone and loose. Looks like they were a return.
Shame too because I liked the support they have in them.
