I’m looking for a BASIC machine that will handle the odd seem repair, cuff etc. in a variety of materials from t-shirts to denim. Anybody have one of these that would care to weigh in on the practicality of this one?
I’d reaallllly like to see a hat for fatherless birds. And the guy who can make one… wherefore art thou!!
I don’t have this particular machine, but I can tell you that I have used Brother machines in the past and this is a good deal. In fact, I had to take a closer look because based on the price, I didn’t think this was a fully functional machine. It has free arm capability which is a must when sewing cuffs and the ability to sew on different fabrics is more dependent on the needle than the machine itself. I’d say go for it.
